WP1: Project management and coordination


Ensures the ELISAH project runs smoothly and all partners collaborate effectively.

  • Handles administrative, financial, legal, and ethical matters, keeping everything in line with European rules.
  • Guides the project to achieve its goals and ensures partners have the information they need.
  • Organizes regular meetings to keep everyone on the same page and to build the EU Consortium on Cancer Prevention.
  • Ensures that all reports and deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Makes sure all work follows ethical and legal principles, keeping the project responsible and trustworthy.
