Work Package 1: Project management and coordination


Work package 1 provides scientific and administrative coordination of the project and connection among associated and collaborating partners.

More specifically, the work package's goals are the following :

  • Establish proper structures to manage structural, financial, legal and ethical issues and maintain contact with the European Commission
  • Guide the development of the entire project, and focus the partners to achieve success, and provide the highest level of information in the proposed goals.
  • Ensure the normal operation of the ELISAH consortium and ensure the timely delivery of reports and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal principles.
  • Organise regular meetings to contribute to the creation and establishment of the ‘EU Consortium on Cancer Prevention’, which is one of the main objectives of the Joint Action on ‘Cancer and other NCDs prevention – action on health determinants’.
